Just thought I'd post a line to let everyone know we haven't dropped off the face of the earth or anything. Since New Years, we've been back to Canada, Ohio, Michigan, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, and now we're in Laredo with a load we brought from Chicago.
I've been working with my committee at Tech to get my dissertation finished and also on the online classes I'll be teaching for WTC, so I haven't made the time for posting on the blog like I should have.
We hit some more snow and ice on our way to Chicago to get this load, but it was nice and sunny once we got to Texas. We delivered in Grand Rapids, Michigan and had thought about running over to a rally where John McCain was speaking before the Michigan primary, but we got the next call before we could make it. Maybe we'll get a run to South Carolina before the candidates leave there, who knows? Mit Romney was holding a rally in Detroit when we were there, but we didn't try for that one. The democrats didn't even show up in Michigan since there weren't any delegates at stake there after they pulled them because Michigan moved its primary up and made them mad. Not that I particularly care to listen to Hillary Clinton on the issues anyway, but it might be fun to see the media buzz around the election.
I know several people look at this blog when they get a chance, so if any of you feel like weighing in on the candidates, I'd love to hear what everyone has to say. I'm not sure yet if I would want to vote for any of the choices!?!?!?!?
Hope you're all doing well. We love and miss you all and would love to hear from you when you get a chance.
